How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, fulfilled, and shipped, you will then receive an email with your tracking number. You will be able to track your package with this number. If you have not received an email within 3 days of purchase please email contactus@velvetchapel.com

What are your delivery options? 

We offer U.S. delivery options right now in Standard Shipping of 5-7 business days. If for some reason you need expedited shipping, please email us at contactus@velvetchapel.com

Do you provide International delivery? 

No. At this time we only deliver inside the U.S. only.

 

What is your returns policy?

If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, we will accept returns within the first 14 days of your purchase only if the item has not been worn, damaged, washed, and the tags are still attached. Please email Returns@velvetchapel.com for instructions on how to return your item.
